W2j (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "w2j") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the w2j website, mobile application, and all related services.

W2j reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the member voluntarily requests self-exclusion or account closure.
• Upon receipt of instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

For inactive accounts (no login for 12 months), w2j may charge a monthly inactivity fee, which will be clearly stated on the platform. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

If a member wishes to close their account, please contact support. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be refunded, though bonus balances will be forfeited.
